Biographical Info

Petrin Mechanical Ltd. is a mechanical contractor; we oversee all mechanical aspects of new construction projects including HVAC, fire protection, insulation, controls, and of course plumbing/heating. All PML field staff are plumber/gasfitters, and other trades are subcontracted out. Most of our work is repeat business and not publicly tendered projects. Typical projects include new construction of apartment/condo complexes, hotels, office buildings, commercial rental units, warehouses, car dealerships, manufacturing facilities, and large renovations/retrofits. Unfortunately, we do not conduct work in mechanical service/maintenance, small renovations/retrofits, tenant improvements, or single family housing.
